Anyways, this mango kale smoothie is a quick, healthy, and yummy way to start your day. I love having smoothies for breakfast because they fill me up, I get great nutrients, and are basically a treat. I mean let’s be real, blended frozen fruit is really only ever one dairy product away from being ice cream. - ¼ cup plain greek yogurt
- ½ cup kale
- ½ cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 tbsp chia flax seed blend (optional)
- ¾ cup apple juice
Place all ingredients in blender.
Blend and enjoy!
